A ‘choose your own adventure’ game set on an island. You trace your grandfathers steps after he goes missing, finding only a cryptic note in his log home when you arrive for a visit. Work in progress; been very busy.
Some things I learned:
- Java is awesome and learning the fundamentals of object-oriented programming came in pretty handy.
- Keeping artwork aesthetics consistent wasn’t too hard, but finding good images to base it off was trying at times.
- Jetbrains made Android Studio, and I loved the feel of the IDE so I literally went and downloaded their whole catalog.
- Writing stories is hard.
